Information provided on this form will be recorded on your account to make sure you get the right support and services.
We’ll contact you from time to time to check if you still want to stay on the register.

In an emergency, it may be necessary for Anglian Water to share your information with other organisations, such as the police, fire services, ambulance services, local authority departments and health services to make sure you receive the appropriate support.
